Domestic Shipping (Thailand)

Orders from MAVINN.COM for delivery within Thailand are dispatched via DHL Thailand, Thailand Post, or our designated local carriers.

• Delivery Time: Approximately 1-7 business days from dispatch, depending on the destination.
• Tracking: A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been fulfilled.

International Shipping

MAVINN.COM ships to most countries worldwide via FedEx International or other reputable international carriers. * Carrier Selection: We partner with premium logistics providers (including FedEx and other designated international carriers) to ensure the most efficient delivery to your destination.

• Shipping Terms: All international orders are shipped on a DAP (Delivered at Place) basis.
• Shipping Costs: Calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight of the items and the destination country.
• Delivery Address: Please provide a physical postal address. Most international carriers, including FedEx, cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (Important)

By confirming your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding international importing:

1. Customer Responsibility: Since you are importing goods into your country, you are legally responsible for all import duties, customs charges, and local taxes levied by your government.
2. No Control over Charges: MAVINN.COM does not have control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be. These policies vary widely from country to country.
3. Payment Process: The shipping carrier will contact you directly to collect these charges before delivering the shipment. All charges must be paid by the customer upon delivery.
4. Inquiry: If you wish to know more about your destination country’s customs charges, please contact your local customs office before completing your purchase.

Refused or Unclaimed Shipments

If a shipment is refused by the recipient due to customs charges or any other reason, or if the shipment remains unclaimed at the destination:

• MAVINN.COM reserves the right to deduct all incurred costs—including outbound shipping, return freight, and any unpaid duties/taxes—from the total refund amount.
• In cases where the cost of return exceeds the value of the goods, the package may be abandoned, and no refund will be issued.

Excluded Destinations (Airmail Only)

We currently do not offer express courier services to the following locations: Ascension, Bouvet Island, British Indian Ocean Territory, French Southern Territories, Heard & McDonald Islands, Johnston Island, Midway Island, Pitcairn, Russia, Tokelau, Tristan Da Cunha, Turkmenistan, Wake Island, and Western Sahara.

Orders to these destinations will be sent via International Airmail:

• Delivery Time: Please allow up to 30 days.
• Tracking: No tracking service is available for these destinations.
• Liability: MAVINN.COM accepts no responsibility for customs delays, duties, or taxes. Shipping costs paid at checkout cover transport only and do not include any import liabilities.

Order Processing & Delays

While we strive for timely delivery, MAVINN.COM is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Customs clearance procedures in the destination country.
