Refund policy

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At MAVINN, we stand behind the quality of our products. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

 


 

RETAIL ORDERS (Individual Customers)

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

We do not accept returns on:

  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered

  • Sale or clearance items marked as Final Sale

  • Gift cards

2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at mavinn.marketing@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order

  2. Use the subject line: "RETURN REQUEST – [Your Order Number]"

  3. Include your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and reason for return

  4. Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions

We accept returns for all reasons including change of mind, provided the item meets the conditions above.

3. Return Shipping

  • All orders: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or was shipped in error by MAVINN

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service — MAVINN is not responsible for items lost in transit during return

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved:

  • A full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product

5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items of the same value. To request an exchange, follow the same return initiation process above and indicate your preferred item. Subject to availability.

6. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at mavinn.marketing@gmail.com with photos of the item and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

 


 

WHOLESALE ORDERS (Approved Wholesale Partners)

7. All Sales Final

All wholesale orders are final. MAVINN does not accept returns or issue refunds for wholesale orders under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind or over-ordering

  • Failure to sell through inventory

  • Cancellation after payment has been received

By placing a wholesale order, the partner acknowledges and agrees to this policy in full.

8. Defective Items — Wholesale

Claims for manufacturing defects on wholesale orders must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with the following:

  • Photos clearly showing the defect

  • Your order number and the affected SKU(s)

  • Quantity of defective units

Approved defect claims will be resolved via product replacement or store credit at MAVINN's sole discretion. Cash refunds are not provided on wholesale orders.

Damage caused during shipping is the responsibility of the buyer, as all shipping arrangements and costs are borne by the wholesale partner.

9. Wholesale Terms Prevail

For all matters relating to wholesale orders, MAVINN's Wholesale Terms & Conditions shall take precedence over this Refund Policy. In the event of any conflict between the two documents, the Wholesale Terms & Conditions will prevail.
